Each maisonette is 70sq.m. It includes 2 bedrooms with in suit bathrooms and a double height living area with TV and fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are airy and bright offering comfort to guests. Users of the villa are able to enjoy the city views from different angles inside and outside the accommodation, particularly from the upper floor room, which has been designed to have unobstructed views through a succession of glass surfaces. The spaces are comfortable and the choice of colours, furniture and lighting has been made with a view to the total relaxation of the guest.

Each maisonette also extends to the exterior with clearly defined areas of use and outdoor partitions/planting that ensure privacy. Guests are able to enjoy their meals in the outdoor dining area, relax in the patio seating areas or swim in the private pool.
