Elthea villas is a complex of luxury maisonettes with private pools built in a settlement near the town of Lefkada. The architectural composition is developed in a sloping olive grove on a main road and panoramic views of Lefkada town. Each villa is developed in levels, giving the visitor the possibility of exclusive use of parts of the surrounding area. The existing trees have been preserved to the maximum extent possible or have been transplanted within the plot as part of a more ecological approach to the design.
The location is ideal both for visits to the town of the island since it is less than 2km away and for strolling along the most famous beaches of the island located in its western part. Famous destinations such as the beaches of Kathisma, Pefkoulia, Agios Nikitas, Milos are accessible with less than half an hour’s drive.
The architectural design has placed special emphasis on perspective and view, aspiring to give the visitor a view of the city and the sea from various perspectives. The sleek design, the wet element and the colours create a harmonious composition where the user is able to relax and enjoy moments of tranquillity and relaxation.
