Elthea villas is a complex of luxury maisonettes with private pools built in a settlement near the town of Lefkada. The architectural composition is developed in a sloping olive grove on a main road and panoramic views of Lefkada town. Each villa is developed in levels, giving the visitor the possibility of exclusive use of parts of the surrounding area. The existing trees have been preserved to the maximum extent possible or have been transplanted within the plot as part of a more ecological approach to the design.
Each maisonette is 70sq.m. It includes 2 bedrooms with in suit bathrooms and a double height living area with TV and fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are airy and bright offering comfort to guests. Users of the villa are able to enjoy the city views from different angles inside and outside the accommodation, particularly from the upper floor room, which has been designed to have unobstructed views through a succession of glass surfaces. The spaces are comfortable and the choice of colours, furniture and lighting has been made with a view to the total relaxation of the guest.
